Temporary service time

One Service at 10 AM, every Sunday

Be here in person while practicing social distancing, or join us via live stream through our Facebook page or YouTube

Blessings, everybody! We hope that you are all safe and secure during these trying times.

As of now, we are meeting in person and live streaming (Facebook Live and Youtube) one service at 10:00 a.m. After the service is over, we are taking the necessary precautions in order to ensure we are practicing social distancing. If you miss a service, we have it set up so that it will be saved you can watch it again, or in case you missed it the first time. There will also be a link on the website as well as on the app.

Remember, God is still in control and on His throne. Remember the words of King Jehosaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:12: “O our God, will you not execute judgment on them? For we are powerless against this great horde that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” (Emphasis mine). We have to keep our eyes fixed upon God, and have complete faith and trust in Him, and Him alone.

During this time, we encourage you to strongly consider regularly giving as most of you already do. There are countless ways you can give “remotely.” Tithes and offerings can be mailed (First Christian Church, 3261 S. Avenue 6E, Yuma, AZ 85365), you can give through bill-pay on your bank’s website, you can give via the app (First Christian Yuma in the Apple Store or on the Play Store for Android), or via the church website (CLICK HERE).

The most effective way for us to keep our eyes on him is through prayer. God wants to communicate with us, and what better way than to speak with Him directly! This is also be a great time to develop a habit of daily reading and pursuing Him, or devote even more time to studying the Bible than you already do.

Stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
