In 2007, as a sophomore in high school, Alice felt called into missions at a Christ In Youth conference. She began to work steadily towards becoming a full-time missionary.
In 2015, she graduated from Johnson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies. Later that year, she joined the Iberoamerican Ministries team in Sierra Leone. While on the field, she has completed a Master's in Community Development.
The need for the Gospel is great in Sierra Leone as the majority practice Islam and/or folk religions. As one of the poorest and underdeveloped countries of the world, there is no shortage of development needs to assist with. Alice and her team work with communities in the areas of: clean water, agriculture, micro-business, church planting, evangelism, and education.
She is living in a Themne village and working with a national pastor and his wife, Abdul and Adama Fullah.
